Response to Infringement Notification

Upon receiving a proper infringement notification, Honista.Pro will take appropriate actions under the DMCA, including removal of the allegedly infringing material from the website. The individual responsible for the material will be notified and, if applicable, provided with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Honista.Pro adopts a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Honista.Pro's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
